The industry runs on records nobody can find
Millions of tonnes move through UK weighbridges every week, and a great deal of it is still recorded in a ticket book, priced from a printed sheet, and filed in a cabinet. That worked for a long time. It stopped working when the paperwork acquired a legal deadline.
Heavy Tech holds one record and lets every part of the business read it. The weighbridge operator prices the load, the office invoices from the same ticket, and the filing run submits it to the digital waste tracking service the night it arrives. Nobody types a weight twice.

We build for the hut, not the boardroom
The person who has to live with this software is standing in a gatehouse at seven in the morning with a lorry waiting. If a screen takes four clicks where it could take one, that is forty clicks a day for one person.
One record, read many times
A ticket is priced at the weighbridge, read by the invoice run, and submitted by the filing run. Nothing is exported, re-imported or synced overnight, because every one of those steps is somewhere a number can quietly change.
Compliance is a deadline, not a report
Digital waste tracking gives you two working days and no way to delete a filed record. We designed the filing trigger around that constraint before we designed anything around it looking impressive.
Say what it does not do
We do not do plant hire. We do not do payroll. We would rather tell you that on a first call than find out together in month four of an implementation.
