Transfer stations and landfill sites carry a permit, an annual tonnage limit and, since digital waste tracking became compulsory, a two-working-day filing duty on every load they accept. Heavy Tech weighs the load, prices it and files it.

Quarries, depots and the weighbridge in between

A quarry sells by the tonne to customers who all pay a different rate. Heavy Tech resolves the rate as the ticket is raised — customer price, then group price, then default — so the weighbridge operator never has to know what anyone is paying.

Multi-drop rounds, planned and proved

Solid fuel merchants run repeating rounds to hundreds of households, mostly in the four months the weather decides. Heavy Tech holds the round, orders the drops, and brings back a signature from each one.

Material in, classified and accounted for

A recycling facility is judged on what it accepts and what it sends on. Heavy Tech records both against the same ticket — the EWC code on the way in, the recovery code on the way out — so the year-end figure is a query rather than a reconstruction.

Material to site, spoil away from it

A site needs aggregate delivered and spoil taken off, often on the same day and the same lorry. Heavy Tech books both against the contract, draws the tonnage down against its allowance, and files the muck away as a waste movement.

Your lorries, and the ones you subcontract

Few operators run only their own vehicles. Heavy Tech holds subcontracted hauliers, their lorries and their drivers the same way it holds yours, so a load on someone else’s truck carries the same record as one on your own.
