A tenant switches on the parts they need. What they share is the record: a ticket priced at the weighbridge is the same ticket the invoice run reads and the filing run submits. Nothing is exported, re-imported or synced overnight.

Digital waste tracking is now a legal duty for permitted sites, and DEFRA does not allow a filed movement to be deleted. Heavy Tech holds each ticket while the day is still moving, then files the complete ones in a single evening run.

Weigh in, weigh out, and the ticket is finished. Net weight, product, customer, contract rate and surcharge are all on it before the lorry is off the bridge, and the same record carries the compliance detail.

Build the week on a calendar, let the optimiser order the drops, and send it to the driver’s phone. The signature and the photo come back against the stop, so proof of delivery is on the record rather than in a cab.

Nobody re-keys a weighbridge ticket into an accounts package. Invoicing runs over closed jobs, e-tickets and route stops, groups them by customer, and produces the PDF.
